I want to share with you guys best juice recipes I’ve ever tried. It will definietly help you burn fat and increase metabolism.
- Freshly squeezed juice from one lemon
- Piece of ginger and one lemon peel
- One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- One tablespoon of grounded chili pepper
- One orange
Blend it altogether and add 230ml of water. The best way is to drink it after dinner.
- 1 cup peeled and deseeded lychee
- ½ cup pomegranate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- pinch of chilli
Blend ingredients in jar for about a minute. Bon apetit!
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 teaspoon mint leaves
- 1 head romaine lettuce
Throw all ingredients to juicer. Great way to drink it when you start your day.
- Pink Grapefruit – 1
- Carrots – 3
- Lemon Juice – 2 Tablespoon
- Ginger – 1 Inch
