This is a mobile app designed for those who want to lose weight. It allows you to track the caloric content of meals, physical activity, and weight, and at the beginning creates a personal plan for you to reach your goal, i.e. the desired weight. Adding meals in an app can be done not only by hand, ie by selecting/searching for a dish from the base, but also by means of a barcode scanner (if we eat something from the package). The program is also a social networking site, so you can add posts, communicate with your friends, etc.

The advantage of Lose It! Is that it simply assesses the parameters we provide and suggests whether the plan will be easy or difficult to implement. In general, it suggests a longer target recovery period with a slightly lower daily calorie than we currently use; So the degree of difficulty is quite low. This does not mean that we can not set a goal of 1500 or even 1000 calories per day, but the risk of failure will be great, so this is not a recommended strategy; With Lose It!
